Due to its rural location there is limited phone coverage ranging from good to non-existent depending on your network provider, to get around this most locals use Wi-Fi and internet-based communication channels. The house also has a landline telephone that you can use.

Public Transport

The house is located approx. 100m (approx. 2 mins walk) from The Quay, Calstock bus stop and 1km (approx. 10 mins walk) from Calstock Station. Train connections to Plymouth are roughly every 2 hours.

The house has no garden but has a large terrace and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a 2-minute walk from the river, football pitch and children’s play area. There are many wonderful walks nearby.
